By having crap customer service, they’ve lost a customer for life. I’ve spent over 2K there in 2016, but they’ve seen the last of me. I hope they enjoy the $60.

I had the opposite customer service experience at Bass Pro Shop.
I went in to use my mom’s rewards points and they backdated a few hundred dollars of credit to it. Needless to say my mind was blown.

Bought some pants about 10 day ago, they didn’t turn out to be as comfortable as I hoped, so I went to return them today, but i didn’t have the receipt. Instead of looking up the purchase transaction, they just gave me the lowest selling price ever, for a difference of $60. MOD was more interested in telling me company policy than keeping me as a customer, so I obliged him.

would love to, but i havent been to a mall, or department store in about that same time.......
conversation would probably end something like “havent seen that clown for some time.... heard he was dead......”. .i would say, “hes not dead”. “hes dead to US” said dillards with finality, as it put out its cheap cigarette and walked back inside...........

I think I’ve purchased like three guns from them. One was a "pistol" out of state, the transfer went smoothly enough. I haven’t had a bad experience there but haven’t had a great one either

Dammit. Sorry to hear. They’ve over expanded in my mind, and going public, along with the current merger rumors have been a drag on the company.
I grew up about 30 minutes from the original store and started shopping there when their only retail outlet was in an old John Deere shop. Its definitely not the family business it used to be.
